San Clemente is known for being a low-key surf town. With its population of less than 75,000 people, San Clemente Real Estate offers some of the most valuable properties within Orange County. Surfing is a huge part of the San Clemente culture. Some would argue this town has the best waves that all Orange County has to offer. Some of those beaches include Trestles, T-Street, Churches, State Beach, Calafia etc. Many of the world’s best surfing competitions are held at Trestles. There are also great long boarding waves near the San Onofre power plant. San-O is world renowned for its slow moving waves. Long boarders from all over the world travel here to take a long ride!
